Because the fall season is a busy time for tourism in this area, please book your hotel as soon as possible. Also make sure passports do not expire at least 3 months (ideally 6 months) beyond your planned travel date.

The closest/most convenient airport to fly into is Naples, Italy (NAP). There are direct flights available but do seem limited. Another alternative is to fly into Rome and arrange travel by train (into Naples) and car (to Scala) from there.

Palazzo Pascal (wedding venue) /Scala (town) is about an hour drive from the Naples Airport. Transportation by car service can be arranged from airport to hotel by our local wedding planner if desired. Just let us know your planned arrival dates/times when traveling arrangements are made! You can also reach out to your hotel after booking, and they will help arrange travel for you if desired.

The wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will take place at Palazzo Pascal in Scala, Italy. Due to limited rooms, this hotel will accommodate the wedding party. There are many nearby locally recommended hotels and airbnbs available for guests in the town of Scala, just a short walk away from Palazzo Pascal (**see listing under "travel" section).

We ask that guests arrive by late Thursday afternoon (Central European Time) when possible. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to arrive prior to Thursday to get settled and learn the lay of the land in Scala!

Thursday Sept 25th: We would love everyone to join us for a late afternoon casual welcome reception/ Aperitivo at Palazzo Pascal! Welcome to Italy!! Friday Sept 26th: Come join us by the pool on Friday afternoon for swimming, sun, and appetizers at Palazzo Pascal. Alternatively, use this time to explore locally and see the sights!! Friday evening, join us at Trattoria Da Lorenzo in the town of Scala for our rehearsal dinner. All guests are welcome! Saturday Sept 27th: Join us for the wedding of Connor and Mikayla, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.

Scala is on Central European Time (CET), which is 6 hours ahead of Eastern Time (Cincinnati) and 7 hours ahead of Central Time (Chicago/NWI).

Daily high temperatures in Sept usually range from mid 70's to high 80's. Daily low temperatures in Sept usually range in the low to high 60's.
